Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, send us an email with your full name and order number with an attached photo of the defective or damaged item within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase. This does not include any item that was left neglected by the customer causing spoilage. 

We will only pay for shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@nebula-naturals.com

 You are liable for shipping cost for returns if the item is not defective. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
